Ngozi Nwosu, LCSW
As a therapist, being the daughter of immigrants and someone who’s traveled the world has deeply shaped how I connect with others. These experiences give me a unique perspective on resilience, challenges, and strength, which I see in every client I work with. I believe we all have the capacity for growth and change, and I’m here to support you in uncovering your strengths and finding what works best for you.
In our sessions, I provide a space where you can be your authentic self—free from judgment. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. While I use evidence-based approaches, everything is tailored to fit your individual needs. We’ll focus on building coping skills, improving relationships, and enhancing your overall well-being.
As a neurodiverse affirming therapist, I’m passionate about ensuring that all minds are valued and supported. I’m also deeply committed to social justice, making sure systemic issues that impact you are not overlooked. My background as a mom and an immigrant’s daughter gives me additional insight into navigating complex systems and finding resilience in difficult situations. I’m here to help you discover your path to positive change, and I’m honored to be part of your journey.
